- •1. Unclear ocular media
- •2. High myopia( >4 Dioptre)
- •3. High hyperopia( >4 Dioptre)
- •4. Patient having anterior segment pathology
- •5. Patient having any kind of posterior segment chorioretinal degeneration and chorioretinopathy
- •6. Any active infection in eye
- •7. Corneal scar
- •8. Nystagmus
- •9. Recent trauma to eye
- •10. Uveitis
- •11. Uncooperative Patients
- •12. Allergic to sulfa drugs
- •13. Age less than 15
- •14. Subjects with hepatic and renal disease
