入选标准
- •Patients with tetraplegia (Asia grade C)
- •Motor level C6 â?? T1
- •Hand grip- at least tenodesis grasp
- •Independent premorbid mobility
- •Age group 15 â?? 50 years
- •Both sexes
- •People managed either surgically or conservatively after their immobilization phase
- •Independent sitting balance
- •At least 1 hour of standing endurance in standing frame
排除标准
- •Associated multiple injuries
- •Symptomatic Orthostatic hypotension
- •MAS for lower limb more than 2
- •Subjects with spine stabilizing device who are noted as contraindicated by the treating surgeon for BWS.
- •Any other major medical complications (heterotrophic ossification, pressure sore grade 3 & more)
