入选标准
- •1)Age 18 to 70 years
- •2)ASA 1 and 2
- •3)Head and neck cancer surgeries requiring nasotracheal intubation
- •4)Mouth opening more than 1.5 cm (more than 1 and ½ finger).
排除标准
- •1)Trismus with restricted mouth opening ( <1.5 cm)
- •2)Total ankyloglossia with a complete involvement of base of tongue in carcinoma tongue
- •3) BMI more than 35.
- •4) Patients with severe cardiac disease
- •5) ASA 3 and above
- •6) Patients planned for an upfront elective awake Tracheostomy or awake fiberoptic intubation.
