入选标准
- •(l) It meets the two diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome and obesity in western medicine.
- •(2) It conforms to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and belongs to the syndrome type of kidney deficiency, liver heat, phlegm and blood stasis.
- •(3) Between the ages of 18 and 40.
- •(4) Volunteer subjects who can persist in treatment for 6 months.
排除标准
- •(l) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, psychosis.
- •(2) Other diseases that cause abnormal ovulation (Cushing's syndrome, atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, ovarian or adrenal tumors, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia and early-onset ovarian insufficiency).
- •(3) Those who use hormonal and metabolic drugs at the same time to affect the result judgment.
- •(4) Those who are allergic to the study drug and cannot accept acupuncture stimulation.
