入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway requiring AFOI will be recruited for the study
- •2. Age group of 18-above
- •3. ASA grade I-III
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Patient with restricted mouth opening
- •3. Pregnant patients
- •4. Patient unable to co-operate with airway assessment (low GCS, Mental retardation)
- •5. Patient which are known case of allergy to local anesthetic.
- •6. Patient with coagulopathy.
- •7. Patient on anticoagulants or antiplatelet.
