入选标准
- •Patients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy under subarachnoid block.
- •Age: 35-65 years
- •ASA(American society of anaesthesia) physical status I and II.
排除标准
- •Contraindications to subarachnoid block like,
- •- Local infection or sepsis at the
- •site of Lumbar puncture
- •- Bleeding disorders,
- •thrombocytopenia
- •- Space occupying lesions of the
- •- Anatomical disorders of the spine
- •- Hypovolaemia e.g. following
- •massive haemorrhage
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs .
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Patient on any form of analgesics therapy.
