- •Extremely preterm infants (<28 weeks gestational age) or small for gestational age (birthweight percentile<P10) very preterm infants (<32weeks gestational age)
排除标准
- •Contraindications for enteral nutrition (i.e. gastrointestinal malformation, errors of metabolism), antenatal decision for palliative care, death within the first 5 days postnatally, outborn patients
