•All type-II Diabetes Mellitus cases patients attending the Diabetic clinic conducted in O.P.D. 18 ,every Wednesday and daily Medicine (O.P.D.18) and Skin and V.D. O.P.D. having one or more of the following cutaneous manifestations:
•Vascular Damage:
•-Leg ulceration
•-Wet gangrene of the foot
•-Erysipelas like erythema
•-Diabetic dermopathy
•Neurological Damage:
•-Diabetic foot
•-Diabetic foot ulcer
•Obesity and hyperlipidemia related skin disease:
•-Acanthosis nigricans
•-Skin tags
•-Eruptive Xanthomas of the skin
•Treatment related Skin manifestations:
•-Insulin lipodystrophy
•-Allergic reactions to Insulin
•-Allergic reactions to oral hypoglycemic drugs
•Disease associations and genetic syndromes:
•-Reactive perforating collagenosis(Folliculitis)
•-Autoimmune disease
•-Genetic and other systemic disease
•Miscellaneous:
•-Granulomatous disorders(Necrobiosis Lipoidica)
•-Stiff skin and joints:
•Cheiroarthropathy
•Finger pebbles
•Sceleredema diabeticorum
•-Diabetic Bullae

•Other dermatologic diseases having relation with Metabolic syndrome like Psoriasis
•Cases having Autoimmune diseases like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, cleroderma, Systemic Sclerosis which can give rise to abnormal capillaroscopic findings.
•Cases with known liver disease or other multi-system disorders
