入选标准
- •All patients of Ischemic heart disease who will be undergoing PCI during the study period (Jan 2019-mar 2020) will be assessed for Same day discharge
排除标准
- •1.Symptomatic decompensated heart failure
- •2.Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 40 mL/min
- •3.Chronic oral anticoagulation
- •4.Absence of caregiver at home, inability to understand the procedure, or home far from
- •health resources ( >60min)
- •5.Clinical instability
- •6.Procedural complication like perforation; less than optimal flow on revascularization;
- •Hemodynamically significant arrhythmia during procedure
- •7.Periprocedural complication like recurrent chest pain, local site complication
- •8.Patient or family refusal
