入选标准
- •1.All consenting patients coming with chronic kidney disease undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery of 3hours duration under subarachnoid block with serum creatinine >2mg/dl or GFR <60ml/min/1.73m2
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiology risk grade (ASA grade) II / III
排除标准
- •1. ASA grade IV and higher.
- •2. Pregnant patients
- •3. BMI >35kg/m2
- •4. Patient with compromised left ventricular function (ejection fraction <40%)
- •5. Patients who have undergone heparinized hemodialysis
- •6. Patients with abnormal coagulation profile
