入选标准
- •1. Age 18 years with gout (defined by the ACR/EULAR criteria OR Rome criteria) who meet criteria for ULT
- •2. Serum UA > 6 mg/dL
- •3. Poor ULT adherence (defined as MTB-T questionnaire < 24)
- •4. Own an active smartphone that operates with iOS or Android operating systems
- •5. Have sufficient Thai language skills
排除标准
- •1. Individuals with dementia
- •2. Individuals with psychiatric disorder
- •3. Individuals with visual, auditory or neurological disorder which interfere with smartphone use
- •4. Individuals who cannot complete the questionnaires
