入选标准
- •1.Patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery.
- •2.Patient within the first 24 hours post open abdominal surgery.
- •3.No prior history of abdominal surgery.
- •4.No history of substance abuse.
- •5.Fluent in Thai language with good reading and comprehension skills.
- •6.Willing to participate in research activities.
排除标准
- •1.Patients experiencing postoperative complications resulting in altered levels of sensory perception.
- •2.Patients who have not undergone open abdominal surgery related to gastrointestinal diseases.
- •3.Patients with chronic conditions contraindicating the use of cold therapy, including uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and coronary artery disease.
- •4.Patients with open abdominal incisions that have not yet been closed.
