Women with endometriosis suffer from symptoms such as chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia, which significantly reduce the quality of life.Dysmenorrhea is defined as pelvic pain around the time of menstruation. The
painful cramps associated with menstrual cycles experienced by many women are thought to be prostaglandin (PG) related Their hypothesis was based on the finding that dysmenorrheic women had a higher concentration of PGF2, in menstrual fluid than did normal women . The aim of my study is to To describe the efficacy of BELLIS PERENNIS 200 C in improving the severity of dysmenorrhea and prostaglandinE2 production in women with endometriosis.The pre and post assessment is done using Prostaglandin E2 level in blood .

- •Reproductive age group Patient who are willing to do prostaglandin E2 in laboratory investigation Severe dysmenorrhea in endometriosis.
- •Improve the quality of life.
排除标准
- •Patient with purely surgical correction, severe adhesions in endometriosis.
- •Patient who are not willing to do prostaglandin E2 in laboratory investigation Known case of allergies in prostaglandin test Known cases of pathologically advanced systemic diseases.
