入选标准
- •ASA I/II patients
- •Either gender
- •Age between 18 and 60 years
- •Undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •History suggestive of uncontrolled hypertension, epilepsy, bradycardia, heart blocks, heart failure, psychiatric disease, sepsis or systemic infection, neurological disease, asthma, chronic cough
- •History of upper respiratory infection during the 2 weeks before surgery
- •Allergy to dexmedetomidine/butorphanol
- •Those having received any analgesic or sedative within previous 24 hours
- •Pregnant or lactating women
