- •Age > 18 years old
- •AF patients used apixaban at least 7 days
- •AF patients used amiodarone at least 7 days
- •Good compliance 100 precent
- •Patients sign inform consent
排除标准
- •Patients recieved enzyme inducer or inducer of CYP3A4, P-gp medication with apixaban that follow by ESC guideline 2018
- •Pregnancy and lactation patients
- •Psychritic patient
- •Patients were not sign inform consent
