入选标准
- •COPD patients attending the Respiratory Medicine Outpatient Clinic at Shiga University of Medical Science Hospital during the study period.
- •Those who are age 65 years or older at the time of enrollment.
- •Those who have a history of smoking. However, the number of years and number of cigarettes smoked will not be asked ab
- •out smoking history.
- •Gender is not a factor.
- •Those who own and use a smartphone on which the COPD Self-Management Support Service application can be installed.
- •The attending physician has determined that the patient is capable of wearing the tri-axial accelerometer and entering the patient's medical records into the smartphone application.
- •Those who have agreed to participate in this study by signing a consent form.
