- •All employees of RIMS Ranchi with body mass index more than 25 both male and females will be included in our study.
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers will be excluded.
- •The subjects using any other weight reducing remedy like exercise or taking any anti obesity drug will be excluded.
- •The subjects not following the diet chart will be excluded.
