入选标准
- •Diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome and presenting with moderate to severe edema (weight gain more than 8â??15%) admitted to IPD will be included in this study or clinical edema Grade 3+ or more
排除标准
- •1. Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome
- •3. Hyponatremia,
- •4. Hypokalemia
- •5. Hypomagnesemia
- •6. Hypovolemia
- •7. Serum Albumin <1 gm/dl
- •8. Those who received diuretics before recruitment to the trial
- •9. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <=60 mL/min/1.73 m2
