入选标准
- •Married women with reproductive age of 18-45yrs
- •Women with regular menstrual cycle
- •On per speculum examination, hyperpigmentation (reddened area) or eroded area around the cervical external os.
- •Vaginal discharge
- •Vaginal itching
- •Lower abdominal pain
- •Lower backache
- •Patients who are willing to go for relevant investigations with written informed consent.
排除标准
- •After delivery till 12 weeks
- •Pregnant females
- •Patient with history of long term use of combined oral contraceptive pills.
- •Patient with ongoing treatment for various systemic disease like HTN, DM, Tuberculosis.
- •Patient with ongoing treatment with antibiotic or antifungal medicines.
- •Patient with PID, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL, genital cancer.
- •Second and third-degree prolapse.
- •PAP Smear – CIN – II, III, IV
