- •2.Beginner participants(who have been joined swimming from last 1 week to 1 month)
- •3.Age : 18 to 25
- •4.Normal BMI(18.5-24.9 kg/m2)
- •5.Participants who are willing to be part of study.
排除标准
- •1.Participants with age group of below 18 or above 25 years.
- •2.Any pain, inflammation, acute/ sub acute sprain or strain
- •3.Any joint instability
- •4.Any muscle contractures or deformity.
