入选标准
- •1) Confirmation of hemiplegia resulting from a stroke, at least 6 months post-stroke incident
- •2) Capability to walk independently for a distance of 10 meters without any assistive devices
- •3) Attainment of a score of 24 or higher in the Korean Mini-Mental State Examination
- •4) Ankle joint modified Ashworth scale reading between 1 and 2
- •5) Stability in vital signs
排除标准
- •1) Having a medical history involving botulinum injections in the lower extremities
- •2) Taking medications that may impact balance or gait
- •3) Being prone to falling, with a Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score of 20 or below.
