入选标准
- •Adult asthma patients over the age of 19
- •Patients who have been treated for more than 1 year after being diagnosed with asthma by a specialist
- •Severe asthma per the 2014 ATS/ERS guidelines at the time of enrollment;
- •- Asthma that is not continuously controlled despite GINA step 4-5 drug treatment
- •- Asthma that is not controlled when ICS/OCS is reduced even though it is controlled with GINA step 4-5 drug treatment
排除标准
- •Severe respiratory diseases other than asthma, such as tuberculosis destructive lung disease and interstitial lung disease
- •Severe mental illness that can impede research, such as schizophrenia
- •Severe systemic disease (chronic renal failure requiring dialysis, severe liver disease, heart disease)
- •When continuous oral steroid administration is required for other diseases
