入选标准
- •In addition to the classical symptamatology of Amavata as emphasized in Ayurvedic classics, Presence of any four of the following criteria (based on the revised criteria of American college of Rheumatology : 1987)19.
- •1.Morning stiffness lasting for more than one hour.
- •2.Arthritis of three or more joints.
- •3.Arthritis of hand joints.
- •4.Symmetrical arthritis.
- •5.Presence of rheumatoid nodules.
- •6.Presence of rheumatoid factor.
- •7.Typical Radiographic changes of Arthritis on PA view of Hand & wrist radiograph that must include erosions & unequivocal decalcification adjacent to involve joints.
- •Criteria 1, 2, 3 & 4 must be present for the duration of six weeks or more.
排除标准
- •Patients having chronic complications like severe crippling deformities
- •Known case of T.B., Cardiac disease, diabetes, liver disease etc.
- •Age less than 20 years & more than 50 years
