- •1st 2nd & 3rd degree hemorrhoids.
- •Hemorrhoids with bleeding pain or itching
- •Fissure in ano with bleeding pain or itching
- •Pre surgical patients of piles and fissures
排除标准
- •1Congenital haemorrhoids
- •2Fibrotic anal stenosis
- •34th degree hemorrhoids
- •4Complicated hemorrhoids viz- thrombosed etc
- •5Secondary hemorrhoids or anal fissure (associated with systemic diseases)
- •6Fistula-in-ano
- •7Ano rectal abscess
- •8Severe anemic patients (Hb% < 7gm %)
- •9Concomitant severe decompensated systemic disease (cardiovascular renal hepatic endocrine hematological neurological immunological)
- •10Unwilling patients
