- To develop a telephone/online real time assessment platform on psychological health, perceptions and vaccination intention among adult working population in Hong Kong during the COVID-19 pandemic;
- To explore the associated factors to the low vaccine uptake rate among adult working population including psychosocial factors to predict vaccination behaviour;
- To carry out a randomised mindfulness-based intervention programme (MBI) among high-risk individuals to enhance psychological flexibility on vaccine confidence and evaluate its effectiveness on health behaviour change in decision-making on vaccination uptake.

- •Pre-survey Study
- •Inclusion criteria:
- •Adult working population aged 18 or above residing in Hong Kong.
- •Post-survey Randomised Control Study
- •Inclusion criteria:
- •Interested individuals from pre-survey study who are classified as high-risk (e.g. those who work from the Service industries such as Healthcare, Food and Beverage Services, Air Transport Services or Retails Trade, etc.;
- •indicated with no intention to have either Influenza (flu) or COVID-19 vaccination in the foreseeable future.

- •Exclusion criteria:
- •Anyone aged under 18 years or non-working population in Hong Kong.
- •Post-survey Randomised Control Study
- •No exclusion criteria involved given the inclusion criteria is met.
