入排标准

入选标准

  • Those between 18 and 80 years of age, who gave written informed consent, and who were
  • mentally and physically fit up to a minimum level to understand and perform yoga practices
  • were included.
  • CKD patients under treatment (both non-dialysis and undergoing dialysis)
  • CKD patients with diabetes type 2/ hypertension controlled with medications
  • CKD patients are advised to continue their present medications as prescribed by the doctor.
  • Yoga practices will be added as complimentary along with medications.
  • Participants were told to practice yoga regularly for at least 6 days a week for 50–60 min a day.
  • All Yoga practices are not mandatory, if the patient is not able to do it.

排除标准

  • Those aged less than 18 years and above 80 years.
  • Individuals with ischemic heart disease, post-coronary artery bypass grafting, comorbid
  • coronary artery disease, single working kidney, congenital renal malformations, or a history of
  • past carcinoma are excluded from the study.
  • Either anxiety and depression questionnaire or any one among anxiety or depression
  • questionnaire should be diagnosed positive with the respective questionnaire
  • 1. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A)-Patients scoring 0 score while using the
  • questionnaire should be excluded
  • 2. PHQ-9 Patient Depression Questionnaire - If the combined score for the -very
  • difficult/extremely difficult- (grades 2 or 3) is fewer than 2 ticks should be excluded
