入选标准
- •Adult patients (50-70 years)
- •ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status I/II/III.
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia 4.Duration of surgery less than120 minutes 5.Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate.
排除标准
- •Patient’s refusal to participate
- •History of chronic respiratory or neurological disorders
- •Known allergies or sensitivity to Sevoflurane or Desflurane
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Duration of surgery more than 120 minute.
