入选标准
- •Primary hypertensive patients in the age group between 18-45 years on conventional treatment.
排除标准
- •Participants with the following conditions will be excluded:
- •1.Patients with diagnosed secondary hypertension.
- •2.Patients with previous history of cardiovascular disease (stroke, myocardial infarction)
- •3.Pregnant females/Lactating females
- •4.Patient with history of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
- •5.Patients on hypolipidemic drugs
- •6.Patient with any other acute or chronic medical/surgical/Psychiatric illness
- •7.Patients already performing yoga or any other deep breathing exercises.
