- •1.Desk-based office worker,Desk work is characterized by a sedentary position of work in a fulltime job ( >35 hours per week) in accordance with the criteria of Sedentary Behavior Research Network (SBRN)
- •2.Working more last 6 months
- •3.Age group:30 -50 years
- •4.Gender:Men and Women
排除标准
- •1.Known case of any cardiac-respiratory disease, Any endocrinal disease rather than diabetes Type 2
- •2.Participants who are unable to perform 6-minute walk test such as lower limb fractures, other
- •musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders.
- •3.Participants who are performing moderate to vigorous physical activity
- •4.Pregnant and lactating women
