•Subjects who meet all of the following criteria are eligible for inclusion in this clinical trial:
•?Meet the diagnostic criteria of western vocal nodules;
•?It conforms to the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis of vocal nodules (phlegm and blood stasis type);
•?Aged between 19 and 55, regardless of gender;
•?Cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious diseases of important organ functions;
•?No contraindication of acupuncture;
•?The subject is willing to participate in the study, can fully understand the process of the study and the related benefits and possible risks of participating in the study, and has signed the informed consent form.

•Subjects meeting any of the following exclusion criteria will not be selected:
•?The loss of autonomy;
•?Subjects who recently had a cold;
•?Subjects with serious primary cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver, nerve and blood diseases;
•?Subjects who have been receiving systemic or topical hormone therapy for the last 1 week
•?Subjects with asthma, neurological diseases and hearing impairment;
•?Subjects who are needle-sick or unable to receive acupuncture;
•?Pregnant or lactating women;
•?People with mental illness.
