入选标准
- •1) Patients diagnosed with Mild or more valve regurgitation
- •2) Patients undergoing cardiac surgery under general anesthesia
- •3) Patients with TTE (transthoracic ultrasound) or TEE (transesophageal ultrasound) results that met the criteria of 1) and 2) and preoperative examination.
- •3) ASA(American society of anesthesiologists) class 1-4 patient
- •4) Adults who can write a consent form (ages 19 and over)
排除标准
- •1) patients with paravalvular leakage in patients with previous valvular surgery.
- •2) Patients with overall regional wall motion abnormality (Akinesia and above).
- •3) Hemodynamically unstable patient.
- •4) Patients diagnosed with Eigenmenger syndrome
- •5) Patients with esophageal and gastric-related disease (formerly esophagectomy or esophagogastrectomy patients)
- •6) Patients with blood clotting abnormalities.
- •7) Patients with dysphagia
- •8) Women who are pregnant
