入选标准
- •Inpatients older than 20 years who need endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography through selective biliary cannulation
排除标准
- •a. Prior history of endoscopic sphincterotomy or papillary dilation
- •b. patient with acute pancreatitis on admission
- •c. History of surgically altered anatomy except cholecystectomy
- •d. History of pancreatic divisum
- •e. Patients in whom endoscopic biliary drainage or pancreatic drainage were performed within 6 months
- •f. Pregnant or breast feeding women
