- •1) Patients with an inoperable pancreatic cancer
- •2) Patients with upper abdominal or back pain caused by pancreatic cancer
- •3) 20 years = age < 80 years
- •4) Patients who have not had a celiac plexus block
- •5) Patients who have no effect on WHO three step ladder approach
- •6) Patients with voluntary written consent
排除标准
- •1) Not agree to participate in research
- •2) Patients with an operable pancreatic cancer
- •3) Patients with side effects of local anesthetics or steroid
- •4) when other causes cannot be excluded
- •5) Patients with coagulopathy or sign of infection
- •6) Patients with Yellow flag sign
- •7) Patients with Red flag sign
