入排标准

入选标准

  • 1\) Patients with an inoperable pancreatic cancer
  • 2\) Patients with upper abdominal or back pain caused by pancreatic cancer
  • 3\) 20 years \= age \< 80 years
  • 4\) Patients who have not had a celiac plexus block
  • 5\) Patients who have no effect on WHO three step ladder approach
  • 6\) Patients with voluntary written consent

排除标准

  • 1\) Not agree to participate in research
  • 2\) Patients with an operable pancreatic cancer
  • 3\) Patients with side effects of local anesthetics or steroid
  • 4\) when other causes cannot be excluded
  • 5\) Patients with coagulopathy or sign of infection
  • 6\) Patients with Yellow flag sign
  • 7\) Patients with Red flag sign
