•1 .18-65 years old ; 2 .in line with Western diagnostic criteria for chronic atrophic gastritis ; 3. In line with the diagnostic criteria of TCM spleen and stomach weakness and stomach collaterals blood stasis syndrome ; 4. Patients volunteered to participate in this project and signed informed consent.

•1 Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer or ulcer with bleeding ;
•2 patients with moderate to severe dysplasia diagnosed by histopathology ;
•3 patients with suspected gastric cancer or other malignant lesions ;
•4 patients with a history of gastric surgery ;
•5 long-term use of NSAID drugs ;
•6 Complicated with primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and psychiatric patients.
•7 Pregnant and lactating women
•8 allergic constitution or allergic to the test drug.
