入选标准
- •1 Age > 18 years old
- •2 Diagnosed with definite or probable familial hypercholesterolemia by Dutch Lipid Clinic Network criteria [FH group] or LDL more than 130 mg/dl [non-FH hypercholesterolemia group]
排除标准
- •1 Secondary hypercholesterolemia eg.hypothyroidism, cholestasis, nephrotic syndrome, cushing syndrome, drug-induced
- •2 History of coronary artery disease, ischemic stroke
- •3 pregnancy
- •4 Have CT coronary contraindication or cannot withhold breathing during CT procedure
