- •1. Pregnant females
- •2.Patients not willing to participate
- •3.Contraindications of thoracoscopy (lack of pleural space due to pleural thickening, previous pleurodesis; refractory cough, severe hypoxemia, unstable hemodynamic parameters, poor general health status, unable to lie down)
