- •Married / unmarried women aged between 15-35 years
- •Amenorrhoea / oligomenorrhoea
- •Irregular menstruation
- •Polycystic ovary in ultrasound (Unilateral / Bilateral).
- •Patients who are willing to co-operate for specific and routine blood investigations.
- •Patients who are willing to sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •Hyperthyroidism /Hypothyroidism
- •Congenital uterine defects
- •Pituitary /adrenal disorders
- •Haemorrhagic / chocolate cyst
- •Breast feeding mothers
- •Tuberculosis of ovary or uterus
- •Any other systemic illness
