入选标准
- •All poly trauma patients who are hemodynamically stable with Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) more than 2 presenting within 48 hours. The AIS will be graded by the Trauma surgeons in ED.
- •- All trauma Patients who have isolated head and neck injuries who are hemodynamically stable
- •- Age more than 18 years
- •- Non-pregnant patients
排除标准
- •- Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •- Penetrating injuries to the neck
- •- Other organ system injuries which does not fulfill either Denver or Memphis criteria based injuries.
- •- Patients presenting more than 48 hours
- •- Patients with inadequate or suboptimal imaging
