入选标准
- •1)Patients over the age of 60, male and female;
- •2)Patients, ASA II-III;
- •3)Laparoscopic surgery performed under general anesthesia;
- •4)The duration of operation is less than 3 hours;
- •5)Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1)Patients who are allergic to tropisetron;
- •2)Patients who have the history of PONV or motion sickness;
- •3)Patients with excessive fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate during operation;
- •4)Patients who's skin of Neiguan Point damaged;
- •5)Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate.
