入选标准
- •Postmenopausal women diagnosed with femoral neck fracture from low-energy trauma
- •Femur Dorr A-type or B- type femur morphology
- •No history of malignancy
排除标准
- •femur Dorr C-type femur morphology
- •history of previous surgery of the affected hip
- •evidence of secondary osteoporosis
- •inflammatory arthritis
- •hepatic disease
- •disorder of parathyroid function
- •uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism
- •severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •history of malignancy
- •previously used osteoporosis medications
- •Paget's disease
- •alcohol abuse
- •psychiatric disorders
- •neurological disorders
- •other diseases affecting the evaluation of the protocol.
