- •Both Genders
- •Elective Major Surgeries > 1 hour
- •ASA grade I and II
- •IVC assessment for fluid responsiveness
- •(At the end of expiration if IVC diameter > 2.5cm
排除标准
- •Recent cardiovascular events within 6 months
- •Morphine treatment
- •Diabetes and Hypertension
- •Stroke, Neuropathy
- •Peripheral arterial disease
- •Kidney disease
- •At the end of expiration if IVC diameter <2.5cm
