入选标准
- •I.All patients above 18 years of age from either gender with isolated injuries to one or more fingers in the upper limb that would require digital analgesia.
- •II.Patients who are willing to give informed consent and actively participate in the study
排除标准
- •I.Patient refusal or inability to give informed consent.
- •II.Patients with injuries proximal to metacarpo-phalangeal joints
- •III.Patients have known allergies to local anesthetic agents.
- •IV.Patients with confirmed nerve injury on examination
- •V.Patients having known coagulopathy
