入选标准
- •children of diabetic mothers (gestational diabetes or pre-existing diabetes)
- •- hypothrophic (< 10. percentile) and hypertrophic (> 90. percentile) neonates
- •- premature babies (36 - 36;6 weeks of pregnancy, excluding those, who were hospitalized anyway)
- •- extended pregnancy (= 42+0 weeks of pregnancy)
- •- maternal medication with beta blockers
- •- perinatal acidosis (pH < 7,1)
- •- maternal eclampsia or arterial hypertension (RR > 140 / 90 mmHg)
排除标准
- •- premature babies (< 36 weeks of pregnancy)
- •- neonates who were hospitalized at the neonatal department for another reason
