- •Patients suffering from obesity due to hereditary indisposition
- •Patients with hypothyroidism

- •Patients with evidence of renal, hepatic and cardiac involvement
- •Patients with diabetes mellitus
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patients having disease for more than last 10 years
- •BMI above 40
