入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 40 - 65 years fulfilling the clinical criteria of knee osteoarthritis defined by American college rheumatology
- •2. Grade 2 or 3 Kellgren and Lawrence
- •3. Increased knee pain and stiffness for at last 3 months
- •4. Pain intensity on Visual Analog Scale more than 4(out of 10)
排除标准
- •1. Diabetes mellitus
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. Rheumatologic or inflammatory diseases involving the knee joint
- •4. Previous arthroplasty
- •5. Intra-articular or peri-articular injection in the past three months
- •6. Body mass index (BMI) more than 35
