•? Alopecia areata patients with symmetrical lesions on both sides of the scalp and less than 1 year from onset
•? Those who voluntarily decides to participate after the detailed explanation of study and agrees in writing to abide by the precautions
•? Men and women over the age of 20
•? Those who can be followed up during the trial period

•? Those with obvious hair regrowth on the symmetrical alopecia lesion on both sides of the scalp
•? Persons with ophiasis pattern observed
•? Those with other immune diseases other than alopecia areata
•? Those who are receiving immunomodulatory drug treatment (oral or topical)
•? Those with other diseases of the scalp or hair
•? Women who are pregnant or lactating
•? Those with immunocompromisation, uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure, and a tendency to bleeding
•? Those with psychiatric disease
•? Those who are judged by the principal investigator to be ineligible for the study
