•1) Patients aged 18 to 80 years who were diagnosed with stage II or III after surgery for gastric cancer or colorectal cancer
•2) Among patients falling under 1), who are starting capecitabine/oxaliplatin combination therapy as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy
•3) After surgery, their weight has decreased by more than 5% compared to before surgery until study registration
•4) For chemotherapy Patients with adequate activity (ECOG 0-2)
•5) Patients with adequate bone marrow and organ function at the time of initiation of treatment
•6) Patients who fully understand and voluntarily consent to the study

•1) Patients with other carcinomas within 5 years
•2) Patients with chronic inflammatory diseases (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [COPD], chronic hepatitis, Chronic kidney disease [CKD], inflammatory bowel disease [IBD], Chron`s disease [CD], chronic pancreatitis)
•3) Patients who have undergone bowel surgery in the past except for appendicectomy
•4) Patients with a history of heart failure (EF<40%)
•5) Patients with serious diseases such as lung or heart or uncontrolled active infection
•6) When it is judged that the protocol cannot be complied with, such as non-cooperative or impossible to follow up
•7) If you are pregnant or lactating
