•1) Diagnosed case of gridhrasi with one or more symptoms like ruka,Tod,stambha,spandana.
•2) Positive SLR test
•3) Patient with mild to moderate pain will be selected.
•4)Age group of 25-60years.
•5)Both the gender patients.
•6) Patient is fit for basti treatment.

•1) Evidence of ischemic heart disease, tuberculosis.
•2)Other pathological and traumatic disorder of spine and lower leg other than sciatica.
•3) Pregnant and lactative mother.
•4) Immunocompromised patients.
