- •Hospitalized patients with acute stroke presented within 7 days of event with hyperglycemia (Blood glucose > 140 mg/dL).
排除标准
- •1.Age < 18 years
- •2.Pregnancy
- •3.Chronic liver or kidney disease
- •4.Patients on corticosteroids
- •5.RBS > 400mg/dL
- •6.Patients with Diabetic ketoacidosis
- •7.Not giving consent
