- •3.Open abdominal surgery as standard technique
- •4.Agree for informed consent

- •2. Allergic to chlorhexidine and povidone iodine
- •3. Dirty wound classification or previous infection
- •4. Pregnant or breast feeding women
- •5. Reject to sign informed consent
